    Who am I?

    I'm a mom of eight, a certified life coach with a bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies, and a woman of deep faith who knows what it's like to feel overwhelmed, resentful, and stuck. After years of struggling to control everything and everyone around me, I discovered a better way- one rooted in peace, presence, and personal transformation through Christ. Now I help other moms shift their mindset, process hard emotions, and reconnect with who they truly are, so they can love their families without losing themselves.
